Overall, this little range finder works well. Distance measurements are accurate, it is easy to use, and I have played over 10 rounds of golf and I still haven’t had to charge the battery.However, the slope function does not work properly. Almost every time I use the slope function, this rangefinder shows -1° slope, and occasionally a 0° slope. I used the rangefinder approaching an elevated green from 80 yards out. The green is elevated approximately 10 feet. The rangefinder showed the slope as -1°.Other than the slope function not working properly, this is a pretty good rangefinder, especially at this price point.UPDATE - Absolutely no customer service for this product. I sent an email to the address on the back of the box regarding my problem with the slope function, and so far I have not gotten any reply.I am deducting a star due to no customer service.UPDATE TO THE LAST UPDATE: A day after I left the 1st update, (and before it was posted online) I was contacted by customer service via email. I am restoring the star I deducted, and I will update further after dealing with customer service regarding the slope reading problem.3rd UPDATE - It took a while to receive a response, but when customer service contacted me, they worked very quickly to resolve my problem. This company responded to my emails within minutes, yes, that quickly, and they offered to send me a replacement rangefinder, which I accepted, and it arrived in a matter of days.The new rangefinder appeares to be much more accurate than the one I origanally received. The slope readings on the new rangefinder were way different, and seemed to make more sense, than the first unit.I also borrowed a friend's Bushnell range finder to compare distances, and on the new rangefinder, the distances consistantly matched the Bushnell.I am VERY happy with my purchase, and I believe that I just got a bad unit the first time. Used product for golf yardages. This was my second rangefinder. Both gave inaccurate yardages. The first one gave a negative slope and yardage when it was very evident that it was a positive slope. Measurements verified with 3 other rangefinders in the group and course yardage markers. Do not recommend this product.
