Love it so much I wore out the first, bought 2 more expensive brands, sent them both back Ann bought this one again!!!

It was a gift however The person loves it serves the purpose

I didn't buy this for me but the gift receiver loves it. I tried it once and it feels nice on the neck and shoulders. Doesn't warm up all that much. Came with a cord that can be plugged in in the car too which is cool!

I got this to replace a much more expensive one my daughter had bought me a few years ago. At first I was very happy with it. It worked almost as while as my other one. After a week or so I had problems with it coming disconnected while using it and it shutting off after a couple minutes of use. I contacted the company and they sent me out a new one! The new one stay connected much better then the first one did. This one still turns off after just minutes of use. While the massage pillow is working it does a great job!!! The problem I had with mine is it doesn't stay on and it doesn't always turn on when pushing the on button. I have some health problems so my arms are pretty weak otherwise it probably wouldn't be as much of an Issue to keep turning it back on. I do think it is still worth trying!

I really like the massage action, but my unit turns off after about 2 minutes. The infrared stays on, however. Then it comes back on in about 2 minutes. We have another one that isn't intermittent like this one. I would say this is programmed incorrectly.*Update: I contacted Customer Service and they shipped me a new one instantly. Got it in two days. The new one works great. Great customer service!

Love this massager! It has much more flexibility than other massager because it's lightweight! I even use it on my hands! Also enjoy the use while in the car

I've received this about a week ago and I've used it almost every day.I'm a student and I sit down, hunched over to study many hours a day. Besides that, I lug around my laptop and books on my back almost every day as well so there's a lot of strain on my neck and back going on.Going to a massage parlor is too expensive for me and takes up too much time so this is a great alternative for me.I have used the Inerzen S***asu Neck and Body Kneading Massager on my neck, upper-mid and lower-back and it feels so good and relaxing! I absolutely love the heat setting, especially when I'm on my period. A heating massage on my lower back while I'm cramping? YES PLEASE.I use it while I'm studying on my lower and upper back and sometimes on my neck right before I go to sleep.The rollers feel like fists and they turn the opposite direction automatically after a while, which is great.It is very easy to operate with just one button and you can attach it to your chair with a handy elastic strap attached to it.And it comes with a car adapter so your passenger can use it while you're driving.My back and neck feel great after every use!

I'm on my second massager because the first one suddenly stopped working one day. I emailed the shop owner and a few days later was surprised to receive a brand new one in the mail.I love this massager when it works! It's strong enough to keep working while I'm lying on it, which is wonderful. So much more helpful than lying on a lacrosse ball! Fingers crossed the second one lasts.
