best amba I've ever had
I've tried several versions of amba sauces, having tasted it once at a wedding. none of them were even close to what I'd had. then I stumbled across this and my gawd, it is wonderful. it's a little pricey so I can't use as much of it as I'd like to! it's great on chips, with rice or couscous, brilliant with Moroccan food, and it jazzes up sandwiches...especially roast chicken ones! yum.

This is delicious! I will try others from Ozi Lala!
I tried this delicious sauce from Ozi Lala last week and loved it! It is aromatic, very balanced and smells amazing. The ingredients create a wonderful combination of spices and tastes of Levantine cuisine. What I also loved about it is the fact that you can use it in many different ways: I first used it to marinate a chicken and cooked in a wok; then put it in a sandwich along with cheese and cold cuts and finally added it as an enhancer to my daily toasted bread. All great!! You should try this home made sauce and I am sure you will love it, too!Looking forward to try other choices from this talented chef!

Not bad
Not bad, tastes good although strong smell of dry vinegar is a bit off putting.

Amazing condiment - best I have found in 🇬🇧
Fantastic condiment! I bought this off amazon as I couldn’t find any authentic Middle Eastern sauces in the supermarkets and after spending a lot of time in the Middle East for work I fell in love with their sauces on meats, fish and dips when sharing food. This is as good as anything I have tasted in the Middle East and I genuinely cannot find anything else like this in the uk and I have tried. Am using it now to marinade meats and dips and can’t get enough of it. Why is this not in our supermarkets?!!! Had a dinner party the other night and made some meat sharing platters and everyone went insane for it, I may have initially told them it was home made😂😂 before fessing up after a few glasses of wine. I don’t usually leave many reviews but when I find something that deserves it then it’s only fair.

Prawns with Pul Biber
I bought this to try on a prawn dish and was very pleased that I did. I sauteed some medium size prawns in a little garlic butter then stirred in 1 tsp. of Pul Biber, added a handful of (pre-cooked) penne and 2 spoons of cream and combined it all for a few minutes. Very nice flavour and an enjoyable meal.

Fabulous source of great quality sumac
This was a great price for a great tasting sumac! I recently discovered sumac for it's many health benefits but the flavour sold me. It adds a lovely zest without overpowering the other flavours of your dish. I use it on everything now lol which is why I needed a more cost effective source which this is. First rate :)

Not the real McCoy, but not unsatisfactory per se
Let me be clear: This is not lame. I may well buy it again. But it's not the the genuine article. (1) It's too cumin-y and, as everybody and everyone knows, cumin overpowers everything else; (2) it too sweet; and (3) it's not tangy enough. The closest thing to the real thing I've tasted in Britain is Patak's Lime Pickle. But this is probably a good enough imitation for the punters.

Tasty chutney
Bought for my husband who's a chilli head. He says it's very pleasant tasting, but not that spicy. I on the other hand do think it is spicy! He's using it as an accompaniment to main meals and also on cold meat sandwiches. He hasn't used it in cooking, yet, but no doubt that'll happen soon!
