I hate the feeling or taste of metal utensils. I also get tired of using plastic utensils. These are great!!! Are easy to clean. They are durable and I use them every day. Do not put them in the dishwasher just like any wooden product they are not dishwasher safe. I also buy the spoons and knives. Everyone that uses them loves them..just beware that when they start to wear down you will need to replace as the worn wood can cut you...but these are a great product and I will continue to use these.

I bought these because my wife is very sensitive to the sound of a metal fork on a plate. They are beautiful, sturdy, quiet, and easy to use. The wood is very strong and very well finished. Typifies Japanese sensibilities. Very happy with this purchase so far. Hand washing to extend their life. Dishwashers tend to destroy wooden utensils.

No issues, product as described

The tines of the fork are wide and deep and food gets caught in there, and if you scrub the food will not come out, it will get stuck. So you have to use another fork to clean it out.

They have not deformed after a period of use

Bought as gift, they look well made and size of regular forks. I have some similar to these and I’d recommend them if you want to use these as daily forks

I wanted a fork to use with ramen in a non-stick fondue pot. I don't want to use metal and scratch the bottom, and plastic disposable forks are both too short and wasteful. This is excellent since it's a long handled fork that won't scratch. It's sturdy with a long handle that makes it easy to get the noodles. This is by no means disposable and with simple hand washing this should last for years.

High quality product,even my 16 year old grand daughter started using my wooden utensils.
