We first tried these when hiking with our son (up some steep inclines) in the mountains. The surprising thing for me was that I didn’t need to have my water handy when taking them. I expected for some reason that they would to make my mouth dry when chewing on them, but the opposite occurred! I like the watermelon flavor, it’s pleasant and refreshing. It was a hot day when we we hiking and I was tired, but after taking a couple of these fast-chews, I felt like my energy was restored and I was ready for the hike down. I also like that these are made here in the USA so the ingredients will meet American standards.

I like the chewable option because you don't always have time to drink a bottle of water with the powder options. These taste really good, so far I've tried the raspberry and the coconut pineapple flavors. Good for hydration.

2 tablets only contain 100mg sodium, 30mg potassium, 10mg calcium, and 6mg magnesium. So one dose for me is 10 tablets for 1000mg sodium. That means I pay $18 for SIX DOSES in the bottle!! Not a good value at all. Great taste, dissolves on your tongue great. No issues with nausea. If I take the entire 10 tablets I need for one dose, it works well. But since my Cardiologist wants me consuming 4,000-6,000mg sodium daily, this product just doesn't have enough electrolytes for my daily needs; more a salty candy than anything else. No pain relief other than maybe muscle cramp and migraine prevention if consuming enough tablets, MAYBE.

These dissolvables really work! I dislike the powder products you add to water -- the aftertaste is unpleasant. These dissolve in your mouth and the impact is pretty quick. Two tablets in a 4 or 5 mile hike do the trick. Easy to carry along in your day pack for longer treks.

I have chronically dehydrated for ~ 6 months. I found this when looking for remedies. It is a better solution for dehydration than plain water and is economical.This is a very large orange flavored chewable tablet its dry and chaulky so be sure to have plenty of water along with it.

We use these for sports, tournaments, cross Country running, Cheer competitions, skating competitions and they also work well for hangovers🤣. I always have a few bottles in my car for busy kids on the go and parents that play multiple sports too! I recommend them to anyone who is active. Pineapple Coconut is the best but berry, Watermelon and Orange are good too. They stop the cramping and post activity soreness.
