Our photo puzzle looks great! Very sturdy pieces. Wish I had cropped photo differently so there wasn't such a large region of dark color, but that's my fault. The pieces are well made and easy to handle. The piece shapes are very repetitive, which means your photo needs to have lots of recognizable shapes and color changes or it's going to be VERY hard! I think the manufacturer knows this because the back of the puzzle pieces are printed with letters of the alphabet. If your photo puzzle gets too hard, flip all the pieces over and work the puzzle using the letters. We did that. On a more positive note, the pieces interlock so well I didn't need puzzle glue to frame our worked puzzle.

I love the puzzle, it's will made the colors are nice we'll order more from them.

The picture came out great. The quality of the pieces are great. Only complaint is that all the pieces are the same. It was difficult to put together. If it wasn't for the letters on the back it would have taken us longer to put together. Most of the puzzle was put together upside down.

My daughter and her family love putting puzzles together. They really emjoyed receiving this custom-made puzzle. The picture I chose was one they took while on vacation, so they enjoyed reminiscing about their vacation as well as putting the puzzle together. My daughter said she was going to get a copy of the picture enlarged to put in a frame at work and was pleasantly surprised to see the puzzle came with an enlarged image of the picture, which she used for her office. The picture quality was at least as good as the original picture. Very impressed1 Thank you!

We were very pleased with the outcome of the puzzle! I disagree with people saying that they missed pieces with the puzzle because we got all of ours! We were afraid to buy it at first, because they’re a lot of reviews about not getting all of there pieces but we took the risk and it’s perfectly fine! I would say it’s a very fun puzzle to do with your family. But it’s very difficult the best way to do it. is put all the puzzle pieces in different sections, but first do the top pieces and if you don’t look at the letters on the back you’re not gonna get it done. but overall, this was a really good product.

The printed picture is beautiful, however, I only give it three stars because the pieces are nearly identical. It’s way too easy to put the wrong pieces together because everything fits everything. The only saving grace is that the manufacturer did print some letters on the back of the pieces so you can match them up that way, but it takes away all the fun.

PROS: It's very affordable and you can have a favorite photo turned into your very own puzzle, such that it is. The pieces are made of a sort of wood product and they're very sturdy, much sturdier than traditional cardboard pieces.CONS: All the pieces are cut in the same shape: squarish, with two male prongs sticking out north and south and two female cuts east and west, or vice versa. So every area that's one color or pattern (such as my dog's mesh harness, see second photo), the only way you can figure out where to place the pieces is to turn them upside down and match the letters on the back. This is not puzzling, it's a mechanical process that is tedious and boring.The only puzzling aspect of this product is why they would invest in good quality construction only to make the pieces a worthless shape.When I saw this, I thought it was a great idea and used it for three Christmas gifts using photo I know would be valued by the recipients. Then I had one done for myself, and now I'm embarrassed that I gave these as gifts. What a terrible gift this was to give to my loved ones!

I’m so happy with this puzzle. We are gifting this family picture to a family member who enjoys puzzles. I can’t wait to see their face when they get it!

So this Jigsaw arrived in a presentation box with the picture I chose on the front and a paper version for reference inside. The quality was lovely and pieces were perfectly crafted.I used puzzle glue to glue front and back and mounted it on the wall using special adhesive pads. Would recommend this and a puzzle mat as if you don't do that then you won't be able to frame it.The finished product gave a 3d effect and thus looks very professional

The jigsaw was good quality but quite a challenge as all pieces were the same shape. Wouldn’t hesitate to purchase another one in the future.
