Delicious! I first tried another brand that left me with a nasty aftertaste, a pounding headache, and some nausea. This brand is VERY good. There are some lumps, but you can just squeeze the resealable package and smoosh the lumps back into powder. Or... you can snack on the lumps... very tasty. I've used Thai organic full fat coconut milk in my coffee for years, but it seems like the price just keeps going up so I looked for alternatives. This is definitely what I'll be using from now on. This arrived quickly and well packaged. And... I had occasion to contact the vendor and her response was not only almost immediate, but she was very kind and helpful.

Really wanted to like this product, was trying to find a no sugar coffee creamer that has no sugar and did not taste like water.. for me this product had some issues:1. Flavor was great2.Texture LOTS of clumping, tried several ways to mix jar with a lid, stick blender even using my vitamix, without success..3. Product would not remain mixed after managing to get the lumps out, by the time I finished a cup of coffee it had separated.4. I will say the customer service was excellent along with the follow up. I would be willing to give it another go at some point if they can revamp the product!

Tastes great. I like it. .... It has a lot of clumps in it but I crush the clumps with my elbow while it's still in the bag, laying flat on the kitchen counter and that seems to work ok. Of course if you're using this in a blender that will not be an issue.

This was my first purchase of powdered coconut milk. The package was basically a hard block, but once I got it open it was easily brought back to a powder form.

The coconut milk powder works great as a non dairy substitute for dry milk powder in my recipes (I am dairy intolerant).

So glad to have found a quality, good tasting dry milk powder that is gluten-free, dairy-free, and corn-free. The latter is especially difficult.Makes a delicious dry hot cocoa mix! Looking forward to trying GF English muffins soon.
