Q: Did take off transfer tape off before putting the shiny side down

If this is iron on then no leave it on you will need it on to iron your transfer don't forget to mirror your image if you have writing. If this is permanent adhesive vinyl you do not put shiny side down and no need to mirror yes you can take the carrier sheet off to use it once the image is cut out no need to mirror

Q: None of my white is sticky. What am I doing wrong?

Have you removed the backing? I'd say if you have done that and it's still not sticky then return it to the seller.

Q: 1 roll of matte white vinyl 12” x 20 was missing in my order how do i go about getting this? Thanks so much

Check the rolls again. I thought mine was missing too but turned out the transfer paper was just rolled on top of the white vinyl roll.
