I have followed the instructions and it still requires scraping. You're better off using acetone.

The important thing is to take it off without causing harm to your nails. I like using this remover rather than the acetone and foil and clips where you have to sit and wait what seems like forever to be done! And I find I get bored waiting and just start picking the polish off.The remover is much easier and the smell is not that strong. You paint it on, and wait for it to bubble, scrape off the layer, add a bit more remover, and repeat until it is gone. Two bottle pricing is not available but you get 3 bottles for $16. The polish remover itself is very thin. Kind of like fingernail polish remover in a nail polish bottle. You have to put lots on since it is so thin. But it works! 4 Stars!
