It is so hard to get enough sun in the wintertime and be assured of getting enough Vit. D. I love this product because it is applied on the skin and goes directly into the bloodstream. Many of us in today's world live in a toxic environment and our liver and kidneys are over taxed. So this is one of the many transdermal products I use from Chandika and I know it is helping me obtain optimum health.

This Vitamin D roll on not only provides the Vit D one lacks in their diet, but I also feel that since I've been using it I am sleeping better at night. I think one should start using only a small amount at first and increase as your body can handle it. I don't think it is wise to take Vit D pills as they are toxic to the system. This is a healthy alternative. Very important for one with osteoporosis and to prevent it as well.Maharha Walters

I recently bought this for my 9 year old son. His Vitamin-D numbers on lower side. I will post back in few months how much it helped.It seems a little bit expensive, but if it works it is worth it.I am rating this based on what I heard from my friend. I will update it in new few weeks how it worked on my son.
