Calphalon Contemporary Nonstick Stir Fry, 10.5"

I use this almost daily . It takes the hear ! Cooks evenly ! It cleans like a dream !! The perfect size to cook a pound and a half of chicken tenders or an entire head and stem of broccoli . I have the heat on high and nothing sticks ! Very well made !! Its such a nice size ! I do have a lid that fits it if I would want or need one . Worth adding to your set fir its versatility and quality!

I love, love, love this wok! It’s very well made. It’s not huge but has plenty of room to cook for two or three. It heats quickly. The side wall is high and that keeps the food from spilling out during stir fry. I have other Calphalon nonstick pots and they are holding up extremely well for over 10 years without scratches or peeling. I hope this wok will be just as good as the other pots.

It is a good size fry pan for small household, and good weight not heavy, and seems good quality. I used it only once so far, so not sure about the durability of the non-stick coat. The handle stays cool which is very nice.

The media could not be loaded.  Its been may be 7-8 months that I have been using this. Its pretty heavy and sturdy. Sad to say the non stick part game is weak now. But the dish served it purpose. I have been using this almost daily, didnot think it would have withstand the usage so well. I have used silicone and wooden spatula only on it. It has become harder to wash now as the nonstick coating is gone.The size is pretty good, good enough to cook for a family of four. I do wish it came with a lid though.

Very good size and great quality, bought this for my wife because the wok that we have is way too big and this is the perfect size for smaller mealsIt's still big enough.

Bought it to make stirfries that I can actually comfortably stir, ended up making pasta and soups in it. My first wok was actually a 14inch tfal that I got on prime day. While I enjoyed how much it held, it was comically big for everyday use. This is the perfect size for a small household. Heats up quickly, good heat retention, actually fits in the dishwasher. Makes tossing penne & macaroni so much easier than flat pans. Also great for deep frying without too much splashing!

Food does not stick. Good quality

I am so pleased woth my wok. Keeps heat good and it is a dream to clran up. All you need to do is wipe out.And wash. I use it several times during the week - not just to stir fry. I have eaten popcorn in it. I have a universal lid that fits it.
