Disappointed with the colour. It states that the colour is black it’s more of a washed out grey as if the colour has ran out of them.

I bought these on the assumption that they are 3 ply medical grade masks as it doesn’t say anywhere in the description that it is not. However when I received the masks in the posts it had big writing across the front saying ‘Non-Medical Grade.’ Makes the masks a bit pointless and very expensive for a piece of cloth. If you are buying to protect from air pollutants then you need to buy medical grade.

The pleats on facemasks are supposed to lie downwards, on these masks they are going upwards! Absolutely useless as this way they actually trap viral particles. Can't reverse them top to bottom because the nose wire needs to be at the top, and can't reverse them front to back as the fabric layers are designed so that the softer white layer is against your face, and the black more resilient layer is on the outside. The fabrics are good, as is the colour and it's a real shame that the design is at fault (and I don't know if this is a fault with this batch, or a general design fault)

I make a point to go back into my ordered items and buy the exact same face masks I've always bought because I know I like them, and the first two times I did that I received the same masks I had bought previously...but they've changed twice since. I used to receive black masks with a white inside that were comfortable and worked well, then the outside fabric changed to feel more waxy, and now there's no white inlay at all! I tried buying from a different source, but one ripped me off by saying it was 50 masks and sending me 10, another came completely without the box, and the third just sent the same waxy inlay-less masks that I've been getting from here as of late. I very much dislike these masks and feel they're slightly pointless because they're one sheet of waxy fabric now, but I'm also not finding anywhere that's doing the proper masks that I used to receive. I doubt I'm going to get my refill from here again.

I've purchased these masks previously and we were very happy with them so I ordered the same item again.This time however the masks we've received are a single layer black fabric both inside and out, not 3 layer as described.Not impressed. Returned.

Rubbish. These masks have no inside lining (the part that sits against the skin) so the outside material, which is quite rough, is the same as the inside material, making for a very scratchy and uncomfortable experience. I see other reviewers were sent batches with a white inside lining so maybe I just got a bad/defective batch. They also smell really weird, sort of like glue, and the material is very thin (probably because there’s no inside lining). I’m not sure what to do with them because it seems a shame to throw them away but I definitely can’t wear them. So I’m stuck with them. Not impressed. Waste of money. Buyer beware.

Really hate the look of these. They fit but the don't go up to the ear... So all your cheek shows. Hate the look of them on
