Great for a small room or for a nursery
I searched high and low for a new humidifier for my sons room (now 22 months old). We used to have the Crane tear drop humidifier which over time was not whisper quiet. It would vibrate really loud off and on and wake our son up!Pros of the Invisipure humidifier:-quiet!-perfect size for a small room-light weight-very easy to keep clean-night light that doesn’t go on automatically-power cord can be detached to clean and refillCons:-price a little high for quality of the plastic-green light to indicate power is on is SO bright that we have to cover it up with tape so baby can sleep-the 360 spout doesn’t move as smoothly as we’d like, but not a big dealUPDATE: after using a couple months:Tonight I found what looks like very fine black sand in cracks and crevices of the humidifier body, not the base. I cleaned all the areas I could with the little brush provided, but at the bottom of the vapor “tunnel,” I cannot reach the mold! I even bought a different brush to try and clean and it doesn’t reach. I have been pretty diligent about cleaning it, but haven’t been able to clean it every single day. When in use, I do empty the water every day and put fresh distilled water back in. I’ll even empty and let dry until the evening. I’ll have to contact the manufacturer to see what can be done to clean that area, or I will have to return this.

Worked for a while
I loved this thing at first. It worked great for about the first 6 months. Despite regular use and cleaning, it just got worse and worse to clean and dirtier faster the longer I had it. There are a lot of lips and tight knooks where cleaning brushes can't reach.

Issues keeping this clean
This is an adequate product. I purchased this humidifier a few months back to help alleviate symptoms caused by dry air in a small bedroom. This product got the job done there. Two complaints I have about the use of the product is that it is a bit awkward and easy to spill water when removing the reservoir to refill the basin. Also, it is very difficult to clean the parts of the product that build up a reddish/ orange residue- it can be wiped off the easily accessible parts but it is nearly impossible to access all of the crevasses that are present in this unit. It makes me less likely to use it lately- thinking about junking it altogether.

DANGEROUS ITEM - DO NOT BUY
The media could not be loaded. DANGEROUS ITEM. Worked okay the first time, although I noticed some leaking. The second time I used, I had a major leak. Product was leaking from the tank INTO the motor and coming out the air vents at the bottom. I disconnected the power source for 2 days, let it dry out completely and tried again. This time, within 2min, it was severely leaking INTO the motor again and even tho the POWER knob was set to OFF, the product was STILL ON. The knob could be on off, but as LONG as there was a power source, it was actually ON. See pic for details. FIRE HAZARD AND ELECTROCUTION hazard. Returning immediately. DON'T BUY THIS... get another brand. See video and pic for proof.

Disappointed in the long run.
Works just as described. In an INSTANT of turning it on and the st yet of steam comes out, I can feel my nose being less dry. No lie! It's EXTREMELY quiet and the tank holds enough water for 3 possibly 4 nights worth of steam set on about med. I've had it now for about 4 months and an VERY pleased.UPDATE:1 year, 11 months...water completely drained out of base onto my floor within 2 minutes of filling container. I called the company to ask for explanation or some sort of help. They young girl answered the phone saying Exactly this, "Customer Service." I had to ask if I called the Invisi Pure Company. She said "yes." I told her the issue and she said, "check the black seal on the bottom, it usually gets unseated and that's what would make it leak" I told her the black seal was hard as a rock and with that being said, not sure how it COULD move out of position to cause a leak. She replied, " we have a ONE YEAR WARRANTY, that's it." I was shocked that she didnt even OFFER to help, suggest other options or anything...point blank NO HELP after the One year. I'll say it was good while it lasted but keep a very watchful eye on the tank as to how fast the water level goes down because my dresser now has a water stain and my floor is SOAKED.

Good compact humidifier
Good compact humidifier. Works well as a bedside humidifier. I put it on the lowest setting overnight and wake up with a lot less sinus trouble than I used to. It does need to be refilled daily. I rinse out the entire unit everyday to keep it clean. I only have 2 minor complaints about it. While it does have a nightlight you can turn off, it also has a power on light which is almost as bright. I have to cover it to be able to sleep. Also, the top mist flow guide on the top is tricky to turn, especially if it's wet.

small silent and capable
It is a small, light unit, easy to carry around with the cord detached, but at that water volume lasts through the night. Silent, except for the occasional faint internal water circulating. In fact, it is relaxing and fountain-like. Cleaning is easy, relatively, if you have the tools: small flat brush, and one of those flexible foam brushes for wine decanters, to bend and reach to the awkward corners inside the basin. Vinegar, of course, from time to time. The fact that it is small capacity, means also that water doesn't stagnate more than one night, therefore: less residues.Blue aquamarine light is a pretty bonus.

Good humidifier
I am a native of country similar to lush green mountainous Switzerland, now an expat in a desert country where temperatures soar to 55 degrees in summer. We have split AC running most of the time which means that damn invention sucks the moisture from air like anything. I developed extreme skin dryness 2 years after landing here. When you wake up in the morning. just expect to have a dry throat, mouth, my nose all jammed dry and especially my tongue would feel like something alien in my mouth. With this aquatic creature erupting cold steam all the while I am sleeping now my mornings are really close to normal.-- Cons: Bit tough to clean the water container from inside, or must I say nearly impossible.
