Q: Are these ok on Rowe bill changers?

I have Rowe bill changer and Mars/ Coinco bill acceptors. They clean all of them better than the flat cleaning cards

Q: Are they reusable or single use?

These are single use for a machine; that is you can run these cards through a machine many times to ensure thorough cleaning. However, please note that once the card is removed from the pouch, it will eventually dry out and dried cards should not be used in any machine. Using one card in many machines may also result in cross contamination - one machine's dirt transferred to another machine..

Q: Can this be used with cash counters?

The Bill Acceptor Cleaning Cards probably won't fit the cash counter machine to do an effective job. We do sell cleaning cards to clean cash counter machines. Please search in Amazon for the following products: B007V53IJ2 : With Waffles; B005CQEI6E : Flat Cards While we believe both cards will clean the machines, the card B007V53IJ2 with waffles will do a more thorough job.
