I should have reviewed this sooner. It's been a while since I bought it. It doesn't have any on/off switch and didn't come with what was needed to hook it up properly. Hubby ended up improvising with garden equipment. We never returned the item because it was so reasonably priced that it just wasn't worth it to return it. No bad blood with the seller since it was a lack of understanding on my part that caused me to not realize it wouldn't work when I ordered it.

Bought this to replace a different brand sprayer. This one has more holes and thus noticeably less pressure. I've considered plugging a few holes to raise the pressure and help spray off the real clingy stuff . After turning off the water and spraying out any remaining pressure, it will still leak a significant amount of water when jostled (water seems to fill a cavity inside of it somewhere). Not enough to really damage anything, but still worth wiping up just when trying to get it into its holder.

not the same as the other two i have purchased. The sprayer face is different. Holes are larger and it doesn't spray into a focused stream. And the spray is weaker due to larger holes. Had to take face off of old one to make it work right. the reason the others failed is the pin that holds the button in place bend over time causing button to stick and won't shut off.

I had bought a whole package bidet 2 or 3 years ago that uses the same handle and started to leaks i tried different handle but didn't work so i bought this one that looks like the original handle and and worked, so i hope this one works more than 2 or 3 years.

I had one of these, I bought from Lowes. It warned me to turn the main valve off when not in use. Readers, I strongly suggest you do this. Failure to do so could have serious consequences.The unit I bought here works fine, but I always turn the main valve off when not in use.

The bidet is cheaply made and leaks, if you don’t shut off the water supply from the valve you may end up in floated bath room cause the seal around the handle does not handle the water pressure to be on 24/7.I changed it with new one but both lasted for 5-6 months only.

Worked well for a few days but then started dripping. The leak was from the shower face itself. Tried everything from shutting off water and trying to fully drain the bidet. Nothing worked - it would keep dripping. Finally gave up and threw it out.

It has started leaking after a few months of use. My bathroom floor is always wet because of this. I've tried tightening the screws and changing the rubber washel inside but no effect. Will not be buying this product again.
