Did great with my hair. It’s on the thinner side with some curl/wave it. I would recommend to anyone trying to get a quick easy wave.

This is very large, so it gets the job done quickly. I love the colors. It does get very hot. It definitely off gasses the first few uses and smells bad, but it mellows quickly. I got it for a great price. I love the waves.

I've had this thing for a long time and I absolutely LOVE it. I have fine hair and it gives me the volume and look I love!! I also like that it's not the style u have to grip down on... that hurts your hand after a while. Wish they had a slightly smaller barrel in the same style and brand... just to play around with different size waves. I'll buy this again when it craps out

II purchased in September 2023 and by June 2024 it wouldn’t turn on. It may have been used 2 times per month since it was purchased. Worked very well. Heated up fast and so pretty! Very sad. On the hunt for another one.

My hair has always been fine, thin, and stick straight -- to the point that a hairdresser had to perm my hair twice (in one day) to get any visible wave pattern when I was a pre-teen. I'm very used to any sort of styling or curls falling out after a few hours (even with stupid amounts of product, which I hate the feel of). I typically just air dry and leave it straight.Now that I'm in my 30s, the texture of my hair is changing, and air drying leaves me with a frizzy, half-wavy mess. I initially tried the Beach Waver version (the one without barrels), and I very quickly donated it; I couldn't get it to stop looking like I was using a crimper from the 90s. I got this one on sale during Black Friday, thinking it would probably end up in the donate pile as well. Nope! I've only used it a couple times and I'm still learning, but I'm extremely impressed.These pictures were taken right before getting into bed, at least 12 hours after styling. These waves lasted ALL day -- through work, errands, life with kids, etc. I put my hair up and took it down at least twice throughout the day and, somehow, these waves survived it all.I've never had any sort of texture last this long on my hair, EVER, and what you see is after using ZERO hairspray. The only thing I used was a tiny bit of curl cream and a heat protectant, both before styling -- literally nothing afterward for any kind of hold. My hair was soft and moved naturally all day long. Like...I'm floored!
