Excellent product
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I got this to make sense of a support structure in the middle of my great room.. I did this myself, but it would've been way easier to have somebody else since the distance I was going was 145 inches. This product does not have as much shine as others like it. That's a good thing! If you're going to fake it, fake it right. I recommend.

Pretty color, can see texture some what smooth to touch
It was fairly easy to work with. Thickness was not as thin as regular contact paper, much easier to handle. We did paint the countertops with a brown paint prior to applying just in case a hole/split showed up with hope it won't show as bad. We were able to cut a 3" strip from the hangover for the backsplash. We found a hand held clothes steamer worked so much better than a hair dryer to wrap under and we had round corners. Time will tell but we are happy with results

Love it!
I so wish I would’ve taken a before picture.I was in desperate need a file cabinet and all seemed a bit overpriced and just didn’t feel like they were my style. Then one day I found an old beige metal one someone had set out to the curb. Of course snagged that up. I’m definitely not one for beige so when I came across this “wood” peel and stick here on Amazon I knew I needed it. It worked perfect for what I wanted and love the wood grain texture! Only thing I would add is it’s not very “wrinkle free.” Small ones I was able to rub out, but if it got creased pretty good I couldn’t get it to go away. Thankfully with the wood grain texture it’s hardly noticeable. All in all great quality and great value. Definitely recommend!

NOT to knock most of the reviews, but ...
The media could not be loaded. First of all, by reading all the reviews on the first page, I thought this was some kind of "miracle" contact paper 😅. I mean, seriously, the (over) enthusiasm for it, was astounding! Then, seeing as another reviewer here and I, must have purchased the exact same Amazon-sold table (based on their images), which not too soon after buying it "bubbled" and peeled on the top after being left wet overnight, I thought: "I simply HAVE to buy this contact paper to fix this table!!!" Lol!Ahhh ... the power of persuasion.Anyway, the REAL review (both good and bad) in MY estimation, follows:1. It is NOT as "thick" as some of the reviews would lead you to believe. From reading some, I thought, wow, this stuff is THICK, AND coarse ... AND it FEELS like WOOD! It really isn't, and it doesn't. It is not paper-thin, but it is not too far from it, either. It does have a SLIGHT 'texture' to it, but it would not be fair to make you believe that you will run your fingers over it and that you should expect to feel a nice wood grain.2. The brown is NOT as golden as in the master (first) page advertisement image! It is a dark, bit of a muddled brown. ... But it works! Just expect it to not be as golden or reddish hued.3. Parts of our roll had DEFECTS on the contact paper. Scrunching, wrinkling, a marring; and around these defects, it was not stuck to the backing liner. This was strange, because it was toward the middle of the roll (both length and width) and all other sides seemed to be excellently aligned and cut (manufactured) to or with the backing. We couldn't figure out why or how this was the case, and we used some of the damaged part thinking we could flatten the wrinkling out ... but it didn't quite come out all the way. Luckily, as you can see in the video, it isn't overly noticeable unless you're looking for it. SADLY, it IS right near the middle of the table (our fault for putting it there and not just 'losing' the piece).4. 12-inches is smaller than you imagine in terms of a contact paper roll! The roll just seemed so small and short and came in very small packaging. Still, it's full enough - and it did what it was meant to do. It covered a 12"x36" part of our 19"x36" kitchen island/table-top, then aligned pretty well for the other 7"x36" side. As with the scrunchy, wrinkly segment, the seam alignment looks okay and it is NOT noticeable unless you are actively looking for it. Still, I worry about the seam coming up each time we now use the table or when I clean it with anything moist. As such, I CANNOT fathom how ANYONE could possibly want to use this for counters, which are always getting wet. Just my personal thought, however, and I am HIGHLY impressed by those who do, and seem to have it work!Lastly, some smaller notes. Watch videos before placing. Some will think it isn't necessary, but it really does help. I practically guarantee you'll pick up at least one helpful tip. Be sure to CLEAN and dry any surface you will be covering, particularly well. Make sure no specks or even lint of any kind is left on the surface. As stated, this paper is nowhere as thick as others have stated, and it picks up and shows every single tiny piece of - anything - left under it. The paper adheres really well, but with room for lifting it off and adjusting a couple of times, which is excellent. Once you get it precisely where you want, SMUSH it! Once placed (and smushed - lol), I simply cut the edges off with a very sharp kitchen knife by gliding the knife along the edges of the table, under the overhanging paper. Easy-peasy. Speaking of slicing, I don't recommend slicing anything on it. You will slice the paper, depending on how sharp your knife is. Along the same line, do not put anything very hot or right off a stove on it. It will bubble. Finally, WOOD we buy it again 😊? YES, absolutely. For a small project like this table, yes ...! The table looks so very MUCH better than before we used this paper, AND seeing as I have used other papers since I wrote this review and left this video (two very good, and two terrible), I can say this paper is one of the better ones. As such, the cost of this roll was well worth it, so far. Now the test of time begins.

Good for kitchen!!!
Used this to cover up an old countertop. It is awesome! Took a few rolls, a hair dryer to get the corners, & a razor blade for the bottoms and it takes the brunt of kitchen elements well! Hasn’t scratched or pulled and I installed it 4 months ago!!! I would buy it all over again. I have used all kinds of cleaners on it and none of them have effected the wrap.

Nice quality!
The color looks just like the picture seen. And it was very easy to cut and install. It’s waterproof and durable. It functions very well and the stickiness is strong so it might take some effort to remove but these look beautiful on countertops.

Buy it
Stunningly beautiful. Used as a temp solution for my ugly kitchen counters and 5 months later, they are still stunning. I get so many compliments. It washes well and doesn't peel. If I could give higher stars I would.

Great for finished mdf not for wood!
I’ve used this twice for two different projects. It wrinkles really fast. But I was able to get it to work well enough with MDF cabinets. I did find however that this does not stick well to a primed wood at all. Ended up not being able to use what I purchased.
