Flexible design accommodates many different gizmos.
It's a very nice design. I ordered the one with the micro usb cable. The cable has a micro usb connector embedded in a wide i-phone-like head. You plug the head into the cradle facing in the direction you need it for your device. I bought two of them.I have several Kindles, a Google Nexus 7" and an LG Intuition phone. All of the Kindles work in one, which I set up with the connector facing flat side to the back. The other I put the connector in facing flat side to the front, and my Nexus fits. i-things like iPad, iPhone and iPod would work as well, if you ordered it with the Apple cable. The base is flat all the way across, so no matter where the charging port is on your device you can still use it. For instance, on the Kindle Fire HD 7" the port is a little offset from center on the long side, so it sits on the cradle a little off-center in landscape orientation. The Kindle Paperwhite and Touch have the connector on the short side, so it sits in portrait orientation, as does the Nexus. Even the LG Intuition will fit the cradle, but since LG in their infinite wisdom put the charge connector on the TOP and then made it unable to rotate the display upside down, it displays upside down when docked. Stupid design on LG's part and not the fault of this charging dock. I can put all the devices in either dock, with the screen facing backward, if necessary, and it's pretty simple to turn the connector around to change it at will. The flat base and reversible connector makes it able to accommodate all kinds of devices, but the necessary downside to that is that there are no guides to get it aligned. I have to pick it up and hold it sideways to see the ports and line them up, a necessary evil in order to use all my gizmos in the same cradle. If you need to simply drop it in to charge, look for a dock designed expressly for your device. But if, like me, you have many devices and limited desk space, this little gizmo will do the trick.

Very sturdy
Very sturdy stand. I use this stand with a micro projector to decorate cookies. No problems with it holding the projector steady.

Very nice good support
I like but i have a trouble with the “”V” shape base, because it is the legs they are too big, it is built to go underneath sits, sofa and other furniture with nice space underneath but in open spaces it doesn’t look good except If you have extra space...I MEAN IT IS GOOD ENOGH, but not complete the 5 stars for it...other than that happy with it.

Great buy!
Very heavy solid feel, good looks, and allows setting devices where you need and wanted them, a major plus for me!

Not Compatible.
Bought to use with my projector for cookie decorating and since it says it’ll fit anything from 3.5-11”, you’d think that’d include a 4” projector. Nope. DOES NOT WORK WITH KODAK LUMA 150 PROJECTOR. COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY.

Adjusters slip
It is flexible but the adjusters slip. I expect it to tighten and not slip. I am afraid it will fall with my tablet on it. Also if I have it extended it doesn’t stay in the position I want. I have to hold it. On the positive, the part that holds the tablet holds it well. The base is heavy and it won’t tip over.
