awesome product for fogging water type materials. excellent mist adjustment awesome volume awesome throw distance great build even a caveman could operate this fogging system.

I brought this flogger it broke after my 2nd use .I call the company and they was very help they was kind enough to replace it with a new one THANK YOU MS. ANNA SHE WAS VERY NICE I WILL ALL WAYS BE GRACEFUL THE HELP SHE GAVE

This product works really great, easy to handle & light weight. We somehow misplaced the lid, and Jen over at customer service helped us not only get a new one send out for FREE, but also auto registered our product for the extended 90 warranty -- BRILLIANT customer service!!! Bravo Petra !

Does tend to leak out a little when shut off and set down. Possibly from not closing valve and allowing to blow out enough?? Not a problem if prepared for it and it does a great job fogging. Excellent value for the money.

This is the second time I had to contact Petra tools customer service. Tin, the customer service agent helped me both times with quick, and beyond satisfactory service, resolving my issue within minutes! I honestly have not had a better customer service experience with any company in at least 10 years if ever.In a world where reaching a live and helpful representative by phone when calling customer support is so rare, this experience needs to be shared.Please be aware I was not co.pensated by anyone for this review. I also buy a lot of products from Amazon and write very very few reviews despite how happy I may be by the product. Good service on the other hand is like a unicorn showing up to eat from your bird feeder. We used it with a mold disinfectant, and had no problems with this machine.

Terrible...

I have a white mold problem in my apartment. The abaitment company came, the mold smell went away, but then started coming back. I ordered this before the abatement company came just in case. When the smell came back I used it and it really helped lessen the smell a lot. The smell fully went away after cleaning the apartment after the company came. I decided for safety measures after I clean the apartment from top to bottom I will spray the apartment one more time. My only concern is it doesn’t say what size droplets are being sprayed it’s just a nozel you turn to change sizes so idk what is the size for mold spores. I just fogged it twice with small droplets u can barely see and then bigger visible droplets. My Fogger started leaking after the 2nd use at the part that connects to the hose and bin and the end of the hose when I turn it off. I was so upset because of the price. I called customer service and Jen was AMAZING. All I had to do was tell her what machine I ordered she instantly found my order and just asked for the address to ship to and is sending a new one! Literally took less than 5 minutes! Fabulous customer service. Praying my mold situation is fully behind me. I will keep everyone updated
