Great way to take your turmeric supplement

So disappointing to buy a months supply only to find out they contain sunflower seed oil which is just so bad for you. It’s a cheap highly processed oil that really isn’t fit for human consumption! Come on Zooki you can do better than this!! Especially at this price point. So disappointed as it was a really great way to take Turmeric for inflammation but the sunflower seed oil actively causes inflammation so a big waste of money! It will simply undo any good the turmeric/curcumin would have done for you!!!!

Very handy sachets, can take them with you wherever you go, easy to take, taste nice, even better mixed with a little orange juice, would recommend them.

I like the taste and it’s easy to take

Taste good and actually made a difference, had more energy and less aches and pains. However this product is just so expensive. I found similar that do the same job for half the price.

Zooki was recommended by a friend and I was initially sceptical, but I gave them a try having recently become gluten intolerant and it’s already helped hugely.Turns out that my mum already swears by their collagen gels - I think I’m too young for this now, but the jury is out!

I keep a spreadsheet of turmeric products designed to unpick their confusing labels and show the value for money of the active ingredient, curcumin. Assuming the claim here is genuine this is a very high dose of curcumin, as well as a very expensive one per dose. Taking into account the curcumin content, it works out slightly cheaper than the average of over 40 products I have examined. Many products do not state the curcumin content but give misleading suggestions as to how much it contains. This one is at least clear.Curcumin is almost certainly one of the best supplements around for a range of health benefits. The problem is its absorbency. Most turmeric supplements contain piperine (pepper) as it is known to help, and a few claim to have their own special methods of boosting the bioavailability. This product makes such a claim but it is impossible to verify. I would be delighted to receive some details of this from the manufacturer. This means there is a risk you will end up spending more but getting no more benefit than other products.As to the sachets - I think they are great. Easy to use and pleasant taste. Absolutely no problem there.Overall, subject to a bit of uncertainty, if you don't mind the price this could be a really excellent product.

Bought for my daughter to take, as she's having aching joints. Seems to be doing the trick, even taken every other day.
