These are very black and smart. They are a good long size and width and I found them easy to use.I just used a little container but they would look best in a vase or better a mini case.I used in my case a mix of lavender essential oil and some calming cat oil as there's an impending change in the cats environment and I like to pre chill the cat beforehand!I found the reeds carried the oil well up them by smelling the reed I could tell with half hour it had travelled about half way up it, and the remaining too half was far less smelly but had some scent. It would have been easier to judge them with light coloured ones as they would have been wetter and therefore darker in those areas which had soaked the oil up but my nose is very good at detection do I'm certain of the right amount just not the precise measure it travelled. As long as the container used is no more than a third I think this will diffuse nicely into your room.

I am a maniac when it comes to oil scented diffuser.I love to have in my home a nice smell ,especially when I come back from the fresh outside air and entering the house I like to be welcomed by a nice odour .Now this is quite challenging as I also have a dog ,so I have to find solution to beat the smell of the pet. I love the looking of these fibre reed diffuser as they look elegant and stylised.Their finish is way more well done than the normal wood looking oil diffuser sticks .I could instantly feel the difference on the odour after using this.The perfume is quite strong ,especially when you pass by the bottle ,but I have also noticed that they do absorb quite fast the oil comparing to my old ones.I believe that for the price the pack is on sale ,you do get a good amount of sticks.

Hossian 70 pieces Fiber Reed Diffuser sticks: I love the soft waft of a perfume from a diffuser as you walk by, but overtime despite plenty of the perfume oil and a regular flip of the sticks the fragrance reduces. These sticks provide the answer, sticks normally last about 6 months before they saturate and clog with dust which reduces their efficiency, therefore this collection of 70 Reed sticks ensures that you always have some on hand to renew and refresh you diffuser. They are a little thin but absorb quickly and the black shade will compliment most diffusers. They are good value, come in a sturdy box so will keep clean and dry for along time and it beats throwing away a diffuser when all that is required are fresh reeds. Mine started wafting again after the reeds were in place for about 3 days - lovely.

Wasted expensive diffuser oil!!Added these new reeds to my refilled diffusers and within 24hrs 750ml of expensive diffuser oil gone!!I have used the same oil with original reeds which always lasted 2-3 months and wish I hadn’t bought these new reeds. The house smelt amazing for 24hrs but then all oil was used and £70 refill wasted!!

Until I got these reed diffuser sticks I didn't know that you had to replace them every so often in order to retain the perfume of the oil. I'd had my old ones for over a year and wondered why I could no longer smell anything. So, I threw away the old ones and replaced them with these and within a couple of hours I could definitely smell the essential oil again. This pack contains 70 sticks and as I only use 10 at a time they should last a nice long time, even though I now intend to change them regularly. I was a bit puzzled at first because I thought that the pack contained an essential oil as well, but having read up all about how these are supposed to work I'm now satisfied. At less than £10 for a pack of 70 they are really good value.

Love these as they look so much better than the natural coloured ones that tend to come with most diffusers. Plus they are thicker than some cheaper ones I’ve had in sets. For the amount you get in the package it works out quite a lot cheaper than buying a few at a time as the length of these are spot on for any bottle I have that I use as diffusers too. No split wood or rough edges on them so far make even cheaper sets of bottled and scent look more glam.

During lockdown, I have been exploring home crafts and have made several items such as room sprays, bath oils and such. I ordered these to make my own room diffusers, and these have been ideal for the job. The reeds are strong and sturdy, making them ideal for standing in containers of various heights. The colour of the reeds I ordered were black, as I felt these would match with any decor and appeared quite classic - the colour has not bled from the reeds at all, which is vital for a diffuser. The reeds are presented in a very nice card box, as pictured, and you receive 70 reeds in the pack which is plenty. Ideal for home crafts or for replacing shop bought diffuser reeds.
