I bought these supplement because I was battling heart issues, but I came to learn that they help with visceral fat which causes heart issues. Over-weight , right. I was excited that it targeted the bad fat and not just the fat we see on the outside. It's the bad fat in the inside-the visceral fat-that needs to be targeted. It did help me. But like with all things, consistency is the key. Take everyday and I hope you see a difference like me.

This product is a miracle in a bottle! I have severe lipedema & I've been on 3 prescribed water pills and never had a time my legs weren't swollen 3 times their size. I found this one day 3 years ago searching through Amazon & I found lymph gland cleanse by natures sunshine decided to give it a try together. I couldn't believe it! I take 2 oligonol a day & 3 lymph gland cleanse 2 times a day and my system flushes out so much fluid my rheumatologist, nephrologist, and primary care doctor all asked what the name of these products were and have now recommended them to other patients. I've gone from 1 1/2"-2" deep pitting in my legs from all the edema to zero! You can't make a dent in my legs at all. I'm telling you these 2 working together are miracles in a bottle. You have to work on the dosage of Lymph Gland Cleanse which you can get directly from Nature's Sunshine Website with them & your Dr. I'm living without fluid in my legs & medical chart notes to prove it!

I recently purchased this product and need more time to assess it. Although, I believe its going to be a helpful part of my treatment regiment for Homatospermia which my doctors say is benign and posses no serious health problems. In addition, I am taking AHCC (another Quality Of Life product), which appears to be helpful as well. Hopefully, these two products, along with Ibuprofen (which my doctor recommends), and a few other supplements I am taking, will eventually solve the problem.I am receiving extensive treatment of the strongest antibiotics, which works well (each time) until shortly after the treatment ends. So, I have continued searching for products that may offer a permanent solution. I have changed doctors twice, but have been given the same prognoses. However, I can't give up on the possibility that there's a cure out there somewhere.

Oligonol has a paradoxical effect on me and makes me sleepy each time I take it.

I’m at the age where I had the brown ugly age spots starting up on my old hands and lead me to try this product. And now, a month later the most obvious spot is a much lighter shade and has reduced in size by half! And it’s so light now it’s not noticeable except to me. And the small ones that were just starting are gone now. Idk about fat reduction and the other more internal benefits, but since the one benefit listed that one can see-the age spots- are working and happening in front of my eyes, maybe the internal health benefits are going on as well. And ladies, we know the benefits of Removing age spots from one’s hands is huge in itself. Keeping your hands free of the old lady liver spots is a huge win.

I had a couple of dark spots in my face due to either aging or sun exposure but since taking this product the dark spots have gotten significantly lighter. Before taking this pills, I had to put extra foundation on the spots but not anymore, the regular amount of foundation is enough to cover what’s left of the dark spots. Also, my hair and nails have been growing a little faster than usual, i could afford to go 3 weeks with a gel mani because i didn’t have so much growth but I’ve had to get back to the 2 weeks routine. My roots have been showing faster than usual too, I have highlights and my natural Jaír color is black, so now my roots are showing a lot faster than before, I color my roots every 6 weeks and I’m ok with that but I’ve noticed they are coming out faster than before. I’m going on my second bottle I will let you know how it goes and if the dark spots disappear completely. I definitely would recommend this product.

While using this product, I ended up hallucinating and my health took a turn for the worse. I ended up having to take antibiotics bc of an infection I got while taking them.. it was before this stuff was fully out of my system. I’m unsure of the extent of the damage but I have not been the same since. Mental health issues, physical health issues, etc. Lost nearly everything!!!!!!!!!The stuff obviously does something bc I noticed a big difference in my blood flow: circulation which is why I continued to take them for 2 months. Awful experience for me personally!!!!

Helps with circulation. I get lots of inflammation and muscle tightness and I feel like taking two a day helps my body feel like it's getting better circulation. It makes my face look younger too combined with good anti-aging cream. I also noticed a flatter tummy taking this and I feel like it helps me breathe better for some reason. Could be the good circulation that it brings. I definitely notice a difference when I take these vs when I run out and haven't had them for a few weeks.
