Non-legal weight
The SISCAA Genius Carrommen and striker that I ordered are pretty uniform.However, they do not conform to tournament standards, as they are all overweight.The SISCAA Leader "15gms" actually weighs 17gms. The laws of Carrom state "The Striker shall be smooth and round with a diameter of not more than 4.13 cm and weighing not more than 15.00 gms" (the striker is 4cm, so it is only the weight which is illegal).The carrommen themselves weigh 138gms for 24 men. While my scales may be not precise, this measure indicates 5.75 grams per piece, while the laws specify "The weight of a Carromman shall not be less than 5.25 grams and not more than 5.50 grams". So these men are too heavy. With calibration, I see that the error of my scales will allow for a deviation of 0.065grm per piece, but this deviation is far less than the 0.25gm we are seeing.

Great quality for that price
Great quality and the only concern is the Red coins painting was light and hence getting confused when it is coated with the powder during the play.
