This review is for The Kabbalah Unveiled (Alicia Editions 2020 Hardcover).This book is essentially a paperback with boards glued on. The spine is not attached to the back board, which produces a gap, removing the capability of keeping the book flat without incurring obnoxious wear. If this is problematic, get The Kabbalah Unveiled (Alicia Editions 2020 Paperback) instead and save a few bucks.Pros:• The text is crisp and clear.• The formatting is excellent with proper footnotes.Cons:• The diagrams and images are blurry and pixelated.• The hardcover doesn't have a dust jacket and is matte finish.• The title on the spine is printed upside down.• The hardcover format is a bound, floating paperback.I'm pleased considering the few options available for this work. I would gladly purchase the hardcover format again if necessary.
