YES - You wet them in order to get conductivity - Use a mineral type water like essentia or smart water watch a video from Trish Albus beauty beyond 40 - she has great videos on the use of the gloves

Q: What is the strength of the current of the tens machine?

Personally I didn’t like them I don’t know if you like them either but I did work all that great but you can try and be on but I wouldn’t recommend it

Q: For facial massage can you use a regular tens unit?

I have used the pen tens on my face. There are instructions online about where and how to used on your face. I am not a medical person, personal use only.
