This is sturdy. Assembling it was easy. It is just perfect pull up bar for me !Since I am about 240 lbs I decided to drill 4 additional wholes for better mounting on a concrete wall. I decided to use 3/8 3in long heavy duty concrete/brick screw anchors. now, it can hold 3 persons simultaneously (like me) with no doubt. Really liked its multi grip feature which allows me to do a bunch of different exercises for different groups of muscles. When I was choosing pull up bar , I was considering between this one and from different brand which was much expensive. I decided to go with this one and I did the right chose!Here are the main reasons why I love this bar:(1) It extends from the wall further than any other pull up bar I could find. This is not only great because it adds space between you and the wall (accidental swing / kick on wall) but it worked out great for my purposes (I installed the bar just above one of the garage door tracks... there is plenty of room thanks to its extended design).(2) It has a 6 hole attachment design which allows one to securely mount the bar with six threaded screw bolts. all six holes with a thick threaded bolt screw and a locking washer.Definitely worth it. This has to be the best wall mounted pull up bar for the money. Of course, I just got it and I will update my review about its durability.

I went for this chin up bar as it had 12 bolts that are fixed in the wall and the best amount of load bearing weight capacity i could find on amazon im 100 ish kg and it holds me, you can also attach a punch bag and resistance straps so all good so far and the seller is very good to help with any questions /problems

Very good bar, brilliant quality and build, plus it's as strong as it looks!

I am 83 kg (13 stones) and the side handles bend due-to low quality metal as you see on the first picture. I am not sure they will survive couple of month of training. I don't do aggressive pulls ups, just normal steady pull ups.

Did lots of research before purchasing this. I needed something solid and robust with multiple grip options. This seemed ideal. Arrived quickly and bolts provided made it easy to install. The range of grip options were great and side rings were a bonus for attaching resistance bands. I'm currently 190 lbs and the pull up bar supports my weight no problems!
