The spoons are sturdy.
I love these spoons. They clean up easily. They keep their shape and do not bend with heat. Also they do not scratch any of my pans. Colors are cute too. For me, these are way better than wooden spoons.

Kind of small
I ordered these to stir to the bottom of a stock pot for canning. The handles are really long, but the spoon is pretty small. They are strong and do not flex easily. They will work, but I probably wouldn't order them again.

Sturdy enough for mixing stuff doughs. Long enough and spoon bowl slender enough to reach bottom and scrape out tall jars.
