Q: Can you fold this paper like a greeting card and not create a white crease

This paper will fold well but as it is not pre scored, it could show a white crease if you fold it across an image. We do also offer pre creased photo greetings cards in 240gsm weight

Q: don't actually need the paper until august; will you be offering it by the ream again before then? bought mass amazon cards to get it?

this offer is unlikely to change before August so should still be available when you are ready to purchase it.

Q: Do you have a lightweight glossy paper to achieve the glossy look of a color copier, that's easy to fold? (much thinner than regular photo paper.)

I believe this paper would fit you needs. let first side dry for awhile before printing on other side. It's a great price for 50 sheets of Photo paper and it is lighter weight than the expensive premium ultra glossy photo papers.
