Very soft & easy to work with

I just started playing around with making knitted dolls recently and this yarn is a good flesh color for them. It is so hard to find just the right flesh tone that I went ahead and ordered a second time so I'll have it on hand when I need it. It does take quite a while to get it from England so be sure to order a few weeks before you actually need it.

Perfect light flesh tone as called for in a pattern I was making. Would recommend.

While the yarn itself is lovely to work with, getting the skeins started is far from that. Every single one had to be rolled into a ball because there was no way to pull it from inside the skein like EVERY OTHER YARN on the planet. Will never buy this yarn again.

This was not classic red. It was like medium/dark rust.

The color is perfect for the sunflowers I am making for a wreath. It is heavier that I had hoped for the petals. ...feels more like worsted weight.

I purchased the Royal Blue & the Light Grey to use in the same child's striped sweater. I didn't dislike the yarn but the weights & texture of the yarns was completely different. Both Hayfield Bonus DK but the grey felt more like a worsted weight.
