Missing some important features
A good product, however, lacks:The plate needs to have drill marks, center marks, and alignment marks printed on the bottom to make alignment easier.For chip board tops please include the proper course screws with the kit.Need corner brackets for swapping plates from table to another quickly.

Is this a joke?!
For a company who’s supposed to be associated with top quality products, especially in the field of router components, this was a huge disappointment! The plate looks and feels great. The insert rings and/or the locking configuration is a disgrace! Once they’re tightened they protrude above the plate! Almost half of the ring sits proud above the plate because of the way the ring locks into it. The design is completely flawed! It seems Jessem has known about this for quite some time and has never done anything to fix it. They rather go on to building more complex contraptions that look all shiny and nice and then they try to convince us that we really need them and want to charge a ton of money for it!! No thanks!! Jessem will never get any more of my money! What a waste of time!
