Jumbo Kapok Zafu Meditation Cushion, Sand

Nice large zafu. I wish I had realized years ago that, being 6' 2" and 200 pounds, I need a large zafu. This has made my meditation much more comfortable, without having to double up on cushions or anything. Well made, solidly constructed. Looks like it will last for years.

This is a nice quality zafu. I'd recommend it for you if you are well over 6' tall, or have disproportionately long legs. It is only 1 1/2" thicker than a traditional zafu, but you'd be surprised how big a difference that makes!

I finally found a meditation set up that doesn't cut off the the circulation in my legs. I am 5'10" with a 35" inseam and dodgy knees. Kneeling benches kill my knees and other cushions don't keep my legs from going to sleep. This cushion, with the jumbo zabuton underneath, is tall enough and firm enough to keep all my weight from falling onto my legs. If it is too firm for you, you can always take out some of the stuffing, but be aware that nice natural kapok is incredibly messy--long silky strands that catch on everything and are very hard to corral.It is bulky and kind of heavy to take somewhere--forget about traveling, but it is the only thing I can tolerate for more than ten minutes.

Very pleased with this pillow...it is high and firm, allowing my knees to rest in a comfortable position for meditation.

I have been looking for a Bench or Zafu that helps me to meditate and stay in position without having discomfort on my legs. I'm not too flexible, and this Zafu exceed my expectations. I'm 5'7" long legs this fit me perfectly
