My original remote wouldn’t connect to my phone/s. I tried everything but the kitchen sink..but I didn’t want to send to DJI and wait for them to tell me that it wasn’t repairable…so I purchased it the night prior and I was up ⬆️ in the air..no problems so far. As explained in the product description, New, no cables and nor original packaging…This remote just saved me $1500. I guess I don’t have an excuse to buy another one now…My wife will be happy 😆DJI Mavic Air 2. One piece of advice..make sure you stabilize your cable coming out from the remote..I believe this was the problem to begin with..

Listed as excellent but would never connect to my phone. It looked brand new, turned on great, charged just fine but never would connect to my phone. I even contacted DJI for help but nothing worked, only used the OEM DJI cable from my original purchase of the drone too. I lost my original controller in a lake accident and bought this used one to save money. Idk if I'm stupid or my S22 Ultra is getting old but I've used DJI a bunch but it just never would connect. I'm going to buy a new one and not risk it again. Don't take this review as negativity, just didn't work for me, lots of people have had success.

After dropping my stock controller in a river I needed a replacement controller. I was happy to find a cheap used one and very happy when it arrived to find minimal use, good condition, and no issues pairing it.

Not sure why my drone refused to work with the old controller. I tried buying a new one from DJI and was told they don’t support them anymore. I purchased this refurbished product, but it didn’t work either. Not sure if that’s DJI’s way of phasing out products, but it’s disappointing since their drones cost so much money.

Controller works great, but don’t forget you have to sync it to your drone before it will work!

Recently purchased a DJI drone with a smart controller so I didn’t have the original controller found this one on here and very happy I did.. needed to have an extra original controller for my drone as I heard that it will go further with the original. It definitely does. Great sturdy material easy to use..
