Q: does this motherboard come with updated bios for ryzen 5 3600?

It depends. According to Asus website, B450-i has started supporting Ryzen 3000 series since bios version 2301, which was released on May 15th. Yes, before ryzen 3000 series released. https://www.asus.com/News/EtaH71Hbjuio1arV If you get a motherboard manufactured after May, then it comes with the new bios, but unfortunately you can't know until you get it. If you don't have an old Ryzen CPU and need to update bios, go to AMD warranty page to request a "boot kit". AMD will send you a processor(like Athlon 200GE) with prepaid return label so you can update bios, and you need to provide purchase invoices of cpu and motherboard. see less

Q: Will this work with ryzen 7 1700

Yes. It is compatible with all AMD 1000, 2000, 3000 series cpu's/apu's. The only AM4 compatible chipset that does not support the 1700 is the X570 chipset!

Q: i buyed this board and i want to add 32gb 3200mhz ram sticks. but there isn't any 32gb 3200mhz sticks in Asus QVL memory list. can someone help me?

There is a 32gb set under the Pinnacle memory list. It’s a HyperX kit but the timings are terrible. Ryzen likes fast RAM tight timings. QVL is a reference. If you aren’t comfortable in BIOS then stick to their QVL
