IF you can get past the smell and horrid taste it might be okay...however, the bitter taste is terrible - made my stomach hurt. I would send back but I have thrown away the packaging...so I'll just eat the cost...

Great product....love the flavor, easy to mix, and does a good job. It's nice to have something "clean" other than water with a meal, and the product works better with food intake. I trust the guy who created the product cause he is known for expertise in the industry and takes time to research this stuff. And....well, he's an all around good guy, and that goes a long way with me. Also, check out the pre-workout for this line called pre nourish; it's my other favorite.

I rarely write reviews. My trainer recently added this to my diet, and hands down this is one of my favorite supplements I have ever used. Although this product does not claim to reduce appetite, it does. It regulates my blood sugar so my appetite and cravings are greatly reduced. There are so many benefits to this product, I highly recommend it. I will never diet without this product again.
