I’ve been using these for years and they are the best everyday diaper out there. Good for about 3 maybe 4 heavy wettings. Comfortable and relatively easy to hide under pants. They are a bit noisy in quiet settings but any background noise will drown them out.

I have cared for an elderly bedridden parent for years. These are the only product I have found that never leak.

Abri-Form Level 4 are still the standard by which I judge absorbent briefs. There are products with more capacity and products that are more affordable but none of them combine Abena's excellent absorbency, comfort and superior wicking with a price that won't break the bank. Highly recommended for overnight protection but due to the plastic backing and considerable bulk they can be a bit noisy and conspicuous for daytime use.
