Anker's USB-C to Ethernet adapter works great!
The USB-C to Ethernet adapter works great on Apple MacBook Pro computers (M2 and M4 Max), which don't organically have ethernet interfaces. I'm very happy with the product.

default driver for windows has issue as of 5/21/2024
USB to Ethernet Adapter should be super simple plug & play, and that seemed to be the case, until I tried browsing the internet. Even though the adapter picked up an IP Address and showed connected, I could only reach other computers on the LAN. Any external addresses just timed out. Finally decided to check for updated drivers and found a link to the Chip manufacturer's site on Anker's support site. The Chip is from ASIX. The default driver version for Windows 10 is 3.20.2. The driver available on the ASIX site is 3.20.1. Downgrading the driver fixed the issue and I am back to full connectivity. I think there may be a difference between Windows 11 and Windows 10 that I ran into. Anyway, not as plug & play as I would have liked, but not too hard to fix.
