Works awesome!
UPDATE 7/17/2018:I still couldn't stand my tiny stock size fuel tank so I purchased this same product a second time now almost 3 years later with the expectation that I would need to take it to a machine shop and fix it before installing it. To my surprise I received a GEN6 version that uses the same lock ring as the OEM style. I was surprised because the Titan website only mentions the upgrade on the 2017+ application and I even downloaded the instructions again which showed the old style tank. On the GEN6 the gasket surface was perfectly smooth and it was easy to install with zero leaks. The brackets were shipped in a separate box outside the tank and the tank was clean. Titan basically fixed all of the issues I had the first time (except the 90degree vent fitting was still broken off during shipping and again had to replace with the spare they sent me). Overall this totally changed my experience from one stars to five stars!ORIGINAL REVIEW:To start off, the packaging was terrible. The steel straps were packaged inside the tank, which rubbed inside and created plastic dust covering the inside of the tank. I would expect a thousand dollar fuel tank to arrive clean and somewhat sealed, and not have to spend an hour trying to clean it. The return vent on top of the tank was broken during shipping, which I didn't notice until I filled the tank and it was pouring fuel out on the ground. Titan has had so many of these vents broken during shipping that they included an extra one, which I was able to install without dropping the tank.Secondly, I am disappointed that I had to cut and inch out of my 4x4 skid plate under the transfer case to clear the front of the Titan tank. I would have gladly given up less than a gallon of capacity to make it clear without cutting up my new truck.Third, and this was the deal breaker, is that I couldn't get the o-ring on the sending unit to stop leaking. On disassembly I found that the machining left an extremely rough surface, so the o-ring had no chance of sealing. My day job is an engineer for jet engine fuel systems so I'm quite familiar with military and industry standards for o-ring glands, and this doesn’t meet any of them. I found that when I filled the tank at the gas station, I could rock the truck a little and fit another 1.8 gallons to fill it full to the spout to check for leaks. The first installation had fuel dripping on the ground. Titan tech support recommended I tighten the nuts to 26 ft-lbs instead of 20 ft-lbs. On the second installation, it still leaked. On the 3rd installation attempt I lightly sanded the o-ring groove to knock off the majority of the high spots. That improved the leak from a fast drip to a very slow drip. By this time, I started testing by putting only 5 gallons in the tank and turning it upside down. I think if I kept sanding I could have eventually got it smooth enough to stop leaking.I suspect that most people will only fill the tank at the gas station until the pump stops the first time, which isn't enough fuel to bring the level up to the sending unit to leak. You have to put in some effort to fill it as full as I did, or turn it upside down. So although this seems like an unlikely circumstance to have to worry about a fuel leak, I am far more concerned that because the sending unit sits in a recess, the water from rain and snow melt will sit in that recess and it has all the time in the world to slowly leak water into my fuel tank. I just can't risk voiding my truck warranty with water in the fuel system, so I was forced to return the tank. Props to Amazon for being great to work with. Thumbs down to Titan. They have a good idea with their product, but unfortunately the devil is in the details.

Has been a great upgrade to my F350
Has been a great upgrade to my F350. Installed it in a few hours. One trick that is not mentioned is how to get the fuel line clips to release from the existing tank. Needed to call Titan and get advice, but broke one in the process. Seemed to be a very common problem for first time installers on a Ford. If that was the case Titan should include new clips with the kit they are only $5.00. With a $1250 tank two additional clips would really help out. If you press the small center tab then the clips finally release. But when the tank up and under the truck this is not visible. So not knowing this you could pull on the outer tabs and break the small center retainer. Once I got past that the rest of the installation was just wrestling things into place. Been very happy with the end result. Getting ~800 miles pet tank unloaded now and ~400 miles per tank pulling 14,000 lb trailer.

This tank is perfect! Install wasn’t to bad
This tank is perfect! Install wasn’t to bad. Getting the fuel lines off the original tank was the hardest part. I followed the instructions and was done in 2 hours. I filled it to the very top while shaking the truck to ensure all air was out. No leaks! But after I cranked the truck, my check engine light came on. After I burned a couple of gallons of fuel and turned the truck off till the next day, the engine light cleared. Guess being it was so full that it gave me an engine code. Besides that, at dealer getting truck calibration for 50 gallon tank. Would recommend this if you want long range.

Great fuel tank!
This was super easy to install. I really like the extra capacity when pulling my trailer. More money than I wanted to pay but a great fuel tank.

10 out of 10 recommend
Easily fit my 2015 F250. Had to cut a notch in my transfer case skid plate but still fit. Highly recommend

60 Gallon fuel tank failed. The filler neck broke.
I purchased a 60 gallon Titan fuel tank for our 2015 F-350. The tank failed, the filler neck broke causing the loss of 11+ gallons of diesel fuel. The truck had to be hauled via roll back to the installer at a cost of $260 because of the fuel spillage. Titan replaced the tank and paid the labor for replacement. I lost the use of the truck for almost one month and Titan stuck me with the "toe" bill. Titan honored their warranty but not the consequences of their product failure.

The Vent tube came broken when delivered(Common Issue). They supplied an extra one but the issue was i spent 5 hrs trying to get the broken one off due to the fact that to broke flush with the tank. Really wish they would make it out of metal then plastic. Other then that the tank works as advertised. Just wish the Vent tube wasn't cheap plastic.

Solid tank, great quality
We had to replace a Transfer Flow tank that was deteriorating. The liner was coming off and caused a clog in the fuel system resulting in the fuel pump self-destructing. The diesel tech that installed this tank said he was really impressed with the Titan, especially compared to the Transfer Flow tank. The Titan tank required OEM filler tube for installation, and since the Transfer Flow tank had to have the filler tube modified we had to buy a new tube as well. Additionally, Titan tank weighs about half of what the Transfer Flow tank weighs, so that was a bonus. The 50-gallon capacity extends our range significantly compared to the stock tank, and there should be no issues with liner deterioration.
