After only using this three times, I can't really comment on the degree of pain relief when my pain is quite severe over all joints. But, I can certainly say that while using this, it feels marvelous. The number of settings within the three modes are all different and can be clearly and distinctly felt. I got as much as I could take at only the 4 level of intensity, so this unit will knock your socks off at its max!Research is required to understand all the settings as they are Chinese medicine in nature. If using this along with a Physical Therapist, you will be good to go with the proper instruction.This product comes with every convenience, even a Velcro strap to wrap up the cords that is attached to the strap so as not to be lost...now, who does that these days? A convenient pouch. Individual plastic bags for the pads and pads that already contain gel so that a purchase of gel separately is not required. (Directions say to add a few drops of water to pad and to adhere the pad back on the plastic shield after use....this keeps the pads moist and I can tell that this will prolong the use of the pads.)Directions are quite clear considering they are written by non-English speakers. I found myself confused only once, and I was able to figure it out. While three modes and 24 settings can be daunting, do not be afraid. At the time of my purchase, a coupon was offered making this unit an extraordinary value, one that most could afford if they ended up not using the unit at all. The unit is clearly marked so that you will know exactly what you are pressing and why. The snaps holding the pad and cords are top quality, no danger of the pad and cord being separated.I'll update this review after a few weeks of use to report on efficacy, but even if you only want a massage, this unit is worth every penny!

This machine is well worth every penny I paid for it. I suffer from kidney stones, and this is the only device that temporarily takes away the pain and makes it bearable when they start moving and rolling around. This machine has multiple setting and is fairly easy to use and can be placed anywhere on your body that is sore or aches without the need for pills. It plugs in and charges with a standard wall outlet and lasts quite a while without needing a recharge. The adhesive pads are standard size and can last for multiple uses if cared for properly but can be found relatively easily and cheaply on any site. If you have everyday aches and pains or even suffer from kidney stones, I highly recommend getting a TENS unit. This one is affordable and works extremely well.

I decided to try this device out as a gift for my husband who always has knots in his upper back. It took a few times of trying out different placements of the pads to get to the spots he has trouble with. It has helped him some but he doesn’t always like getting all the wires attached to him. I on the other hand have enjoyed using it! I was having sciatic issues and I left the pads on all day and throughout the day used different settings to help with the pain. I didn’t have to take any pain meds while using it! I also asked my chiropractor if he recommend I use it for my TMJ jaw pain and he said it would be fine. I put one wire on the jaw area and the other on my upper back on the same side. He said just don’t put the wires on your chest and back with your heart between them. It did bring some relief from the TMJ pain! I do recommend this device although I was very skeptical that it would do any good especially with it being inexpensive and so small. The battery lasts a long time too! I got a paper in the package that said to contact the company for some free replacement pads. So I followed the directions on the paper and contacted them. I ended up chatting with someone through Facebook and got my free pads several weeks later! Also, if the pads aren’t stocking well just put a tiny bit of water on the sticky part before placement on the body just as the directions say. Very satisfied with my purchase!

I've never tried a TENS unit before, thought they were all hype. Well, with raging sciatica, and having tried everything I found to try, I finally looked into A TENS unit. I received the unit quickly through Amazon Prime and for the first time in months slept through the night! The unit itself is well-built, easy to use, and comes with everything, and more, to get you started. It even came fully charged. I followed the easy instructions on placement and the different types of massages available and found the perfect settings. The fact you can use 2 different settings in 2 different areas makes the treatment even better. (Even on 2 different people!) If you're looking for value for your money, quality, ease of use, and good customer service.... THIS Foxpeed unit is it. Feel better!

i was hoping to update my review but cant find it. anyhow ive had a couple of different 10s units over the years and this one is great. its easy to use, theres 24 settings each has its own intensity, most more than i can tolerate. the battery charges quickly and lasts along time and the tec support is excellent. support gets back to you in a day or two and go out of their way to help with any questions or problems. if this unit ever quits i wouldnt think twice about buying another one. i highly recommend this 10s unit.rick
