Evol Foods Lean and Fit Egg White Breakfast Sandwich, 3.6 Ounce - 18 per case.

Very good quality. Takes a bit of practice to get the cook right in the microwave. The wattage makes a huge difference. And don't be afraid to run it on lower power and longer time.

I decided to try the Evol Lean&Fit Sausage Egg White & Cheddar Breakfast Sandwich after finding them at the local Target. The ingredients looked good, although the levels of sodium and cholesterol were higher than I would have liked. I cooked the sandwich in a microwave, according to the directions. After allowing it to cool for one minute, I took my first bite. How can I describe it best? Worse than bland! The flatbread itself was very dry and hard, very much how I would guess it would be to try and eat plywood! The sausage and egg white are completely devoid of taste, and the cheese left a greasy taste in my mouth, and again, was flavorless. Needless to say, I did not consume the entire sandwich, it just wasn't worth the anticipated heartburn or the calories involved. Just for fun, (and no, I was not going to actually allow my dog to eat this disgusting culinary abomination), I allowed my dog to smell this "sandwich", just to get his take on it. As I guessed, he promptly turned up his nose at it without so much as an attempt to even lick it! Obviously a very disappointing experience for me. I hope my review helps someone else avoid spending good money on one of these tasteless and disgusting sandwiches. Oh, BTW, I could not figure out how to leave NO STARS, or even to show 1/4 or 1/2 of a star. So, I had to give this product 1 star. Please understand it is not worth a single or even partial star, it's just what I had to work with. Thanks!

I have tried several Evol products and so far I love them. I'm eating the food along with My Fitness Pal, calculating the calories I'm consuming in a day in hopes to shed a few extra pounds. I just finished this breakfast sandwich to start my day and I find it delicious!! For a product that is aimed at healthy and low calorie, it taste so much better than any of those fake, high calorie other frozen foods brands. I live in Illinois and can find the most selection of Evol at Target. Would be nice if they were on sale more often, the brand is a bit on the expensive side but, I'm going to continue to buy it due to the healthier ingredients and lower calories... Great job EVOL- love the brand!

This is one of the worst-tasting things I’ve ever put in my mouth, even worse than the ill-advised durian cheesecake I made that one time in 2011. It tastes rotten, it smells bad, it is oily and weird. Don’t buy this, don’t even think about buying it unless you loooooove goats, because this is like sucking on a goat, while standing in a goat farm, and then the goat poops cheese down your throat. It made me so nauseous that I couldn’t eat anything else for nearly an hour after I spat this out even though I was starving.

I heard this brand in non-gmo, but whenever i take a chance on this item i get extremely bloated. Now I am a health nut and I only eat USDA organic foods or any item that says Non-GMO project. For some reason this food doesn't agree with my stomach. It tastes like most frozen diet food bland, so don't expect anything else. Id try one of their other breakfast sandwiches, but this one does me bad.

Delicious and healthy sandwich!... Finally one that is low in calories and has truly healthy ingredients, no corn syrup!

Just had one for breakfast and thought it was extremely tasty and good.
