Overall, I’m pretty happy with this purchase. It was fairly easy to install and is functioning perfectly. Everything except for the handheld shower head and the adhesive holder for it is made of metal. It’s definitely not a very high end product, but it feels like it’s well made. I have not had any issues with leaking whatsoever but I would highly recommend using a real wrench rather than the one that is included. I don’t think you could really get it tight enough without an actual wrench honestly.Pros: All metal components, easy to install, clear instructions, everything is included, functions as described (it’s really nice!!), very easy to adjust the angle of both shower heads and switch between them, you can use the handheld at the same time as the larger one, high enough pressure to effectively clean the shower if you have good water pressure and do not install the restrictor, excellent distribution of water.Cons: there is one spot in the center of the large shower head that is receiving much more pressure than the others if it is level (horizontal to the floor) however, as long as it is tilted slightly, the water pressure is evenly distributed and I don’t see it as a big issue. The hose could be quite a lot longer- honestly, if it had another foot or two that would be so much better but it works well and maintains high pressure even when both the rain shower and handheld are being used.The included wrench isn’t sufficient to tighten the joints, so you should have your own.Conclusions: I overall really love this! It is so, so much better than the crappy one that was installed in my apartment and I just feel like a handheld shower head is essential for anyone who has long hair. It’s also great for quickly cleaning the shower before you step out so no soap scum accumulates. The square rain shower (10”) is plenty large enough and much more comfortable/ pleasant than any standard shower head. I don’t get cold as easily because the water is distributed over a larger area. The rainfall effect is great, because it’s very gentle and if you need more pressure, the handheld can be use simultaneously. So, so much better than what was installed originally. My water pressure was already good and I didn’t install the restrictor. I’ve had it for over a week and no issues with leaking whatsoever. It’s really important to use the included tape as instructed and *a real wrench*. I definitely recommend this product for the price point. In the future, I may invest in a more expensive option,

It feels really good it give that rainy feeling, all the tools to assemble it came into the box it is worth the buy. No plastic it's all iron the attach shower piece have different modes and it also has a sticky holder which I don't think will last long but that's a minor fault. It looks great and no drilling needed.

LOVED the easy installation and the great "rain" shower head. After months of use it tends to not hold the position and needs tightening. After a number of tightening the joints leak. Overall, I loved the product and would buy it again. Which looks like I will have to do.

I purchased this product interested in the waterfall head with the handheld as well. I asked my son to install it but got tired of waiting on him so I installed it myself. It was SUPER easy. One of the most helpful things of all to me was the instructions specified to use 6-8 turns of the teflon tape (which was included!) on each connection. I have NEVER seen anyone give that specification and was always left wondering how much was enough. Now I will know. I am not a plumber or a handyman. It was such a super easy install with everything included.I appreciate the quality of the diverter. I have had plastic ones in the past that were so flimsy but this one seems good quality. The handheld shower seems cheapy plastic but I did not expect super high quality for the price. It will get the job done and I have been impressed with it along with the holder that sticks on the wall. I love how you can adjust the angle of the hand shower as the holder tilts. I have never had a holder like that before and I like the method. It took me a minute to figure out how it installed as there were some extra stick on wall hooks that were included in the package and I thought somehow they were related as there were no instructions about the holder but the hooks were just a bonus. You just peel off the covering on the adhesive and stick it where you want it. I kind of wished I would have raised it slightly higher on the wall but that's on me. This method is miles above the ones that attach the handheld to the shower pipe as it doesn't create extra weight and stress and strain up there. Also, it makes the handheld more useful to me. I have used it even more than I expected.The waterfall piece is thin and light. Not sure how it will hold up over time but we are enjoying it for now. I went for this larger one. One of my only disappointments is not thinking through the adjustable arm and that the width of the waterfall piece doesn't allow me to have the arm up at full height and the waterfall completely flat. I wanted the adjustable arm to raise the height of the shower in my super old home where they put the pipe WAY too low. It's too low for me at 5'8" and my poor over 6' son was really having a time. This one raises it up enough, however, in spite of the issue mentioned above and it is just slightly angled to give us the greatest height vs angle combination. I like the adjustable arm.I am totally happy with this set up. It was great value. My biggest sadness is that it seemed to only be available in this chrome finish. I would greatly have preferred a brushed finish to better coordinate with my brushed nickel faucets and not show water spots so badly but I am content for the function and the price.
