This product is not good and the water quality, smell very different and disgusting we raised complaint about this issue now the company people asking for money to replace the filter in the product,this water purifier is new and if any issues in the product they need to replace not to ask the customer to pay for it,it's awful and bad experience in my life please nobody buy this product if you buy you need to keep going to pay the money for them and for the waist product

The worst water filter I ever used
I ordered this unit for my son, who lives in a hostel. The first unit delivered was defective, the top cover was not fitting properly. After reporting, the faulty unit was replaced promptly. But, the water from this filter unit smells so weird, it can't be used as drinking water.Now, my son is using this filter as a storage unit for water.Please stay away from this filter.

I have purchased it a week back , it is easy to install, no water leakage.The filter is fast and easily filter water.The water tastes and smells a bit different first few days and 04-05 days it is ok after repeated usage.Not got it clean yet so could not comment on the cleaning time.

Overall build quality is ok. Tap system also good. Suraksha + Filter system is very basic quality no any special materials what company advertised. Basic quality in this price tag.

Useless
No change in water after filtering. I feel like this is for storing the bottle water as a dispenser. It's not useful for filtering the water.
