Q: Where did the fiber go? Does this mean it is powdered juice not powdered whole fruit?

Hello! According to Navitas Naturals website, they extract the seeds and juice them, then freeze dry the liquid from the seeds. Q: Why is the powder pink and not a dark red to purple? Pomegranite juice is dark red. I'd think the dried concentrate would be even darker.

Things are typically darker when they're wet and lighter when they are dry.

This product really does’t taste like pomegranate. It also has a strange aftertaste. When I received it, the outside of the bag was so sticky that I had to wash it because my hands got very sticky. I have it on subscribe and save, but I am cancelling it.
