Perfect for use on a 2004 Tahoe while installing Crimestopper Remote Start
The media could not be loaded. I used this to install a crimestoppers Remote start on a 2004 Chevy Tahoe. This is a must buy if you are installing on a GM vehicle that has passlock. This module bypasses the passlock and allowed the vehicle to remain running after the remote start has been activated. Without it, on most GM vehicles, the vehicle will start with the remote start but will die a second or two later. Overall Wiring it up into the alarm takes only an additional 20 minutes if you read the directions.I also would advise that you turn off the factory lock after the transmission has been shifted into drive because it will not work properly with this bypass module. I have posted a video with a little more info.

time saver
This product did exactly what I needed it to do, without having to "flash" unit. I instaled a Viper 4105V remote start on my 04 Silverado and didnt want to fool with resistors to bypass the Passlock system or add relays for door locking. Only 6 wires to connect (in my application) and a platform program and car started, locks worked, a good day. Be advised this product is meant for professional installers and you need an account to access any tech support. The module comes with zero instructions, you must find wiring diagram and programming sequence online from third party.

Must have for my 2005 tahoe to add alarm
Only thing is i had to down load instructions online and print off but fairly easy istall on 2005 tahoe. You only need 5 wires if u are simply installing alarm with keyless entry.

Ok so listen! You don’t have to flash !! if this is compatible with your vehicle. Look online and it will tell you. I have a 2005 Silverado 1500 . You may have to program it . But it is so easy and simple! Fallow direction

04 Chevy tahoe
For the 04 Tahoe this bypass does NOT need flashed which is a giant bonus. Installed with a vital 4105 l. Install took me 2 hrs but the research and yt vids took me 2 days or more. But it's not impossible for the average person to install.

Works great!
This has worked seamlessly for us on our 2005 GMC Sierra 2500HD. We got it in conjunction with a car alarm to incorporate the door alerts, etc. It's exactly what we needed.

Perfect bypass module for GM cars and trucks
I give this a perfect 5 stars I bought the unit form here and got the wiring instructions off of bypass modules web site followed the instructions and it worked like a charm. I have put in other units and they never worked. You can trust this seller and the product works can't say it enough it just works.Thanks
