I got these pills to see if they could help with my tummy issues. When ever I travel or take any kind of prescription pain killers I have a really bad time having a really hard time going to the bathroom and constantly feel like my insides are cramping up. I have tried these so far for about 10 days using only 1 pill a day. Didn't want to try the 2 pill a day incase it was to much and lead to the opposite effect. I did notice starting on day 4 of taking them I did have less and less feeling of cramping that I have experienced for years. I also had an easier time than normal going to the bathroom. It was not like a laxative effect but just more of a way it should normally be, I did recieve these pills for quite a discount to try out and very glad I did. My review of this product is my own and honest. I will up date my review again when I am close to finishing the bottle to see if the current results change or stay the same or get better.
