Nest Thermostat Wall Plate - Classic Unfinished

Beautiful! We had an original thermostat/analog clock in a wood paneled library of our 1940 house and needed an update. Paired with Nest's analog clock display, this plate makes our thermostat look like it has always been there by both staying true to the era of home and matching the paneling perfectly. One of my favorite details in our remodeled house. LOVE IT!

I was looking for something that would protect the edges of my Nest in my narrow hallway while also looking aesthetically pleasing. This fits all my needs perfectly. We have had a couple people bump into the Nest and had zero issues with it coming loose from the wall.The wall plate was easy to install and fits snugly, but does not interfere with the use of the thermostat. If you look at the pictures you can see the clearance between the thermostat and the plate.The wall plate is very well made and blends in well even if it doesn't perfectly match my moldings. I would highly recommend it.

I have an old craftsman home with plaster walls. My old thermostat left a gaping hole bigger than the NEST housing. The mounting bezel plate that ships with it is too minimalist next to our trim. This is the best looking NEST mounting plate I found. Looks good and easy. Make sure you align the next concentrically or the NEST rotary function will be obstructed.

This wall plate looks sharp. It really makes the Nest pop, but not in an obnoxious way. It sort of reminds me of HAL from Space Odyssey (especially when the Nest is orange when the heat is running), which makes it extra awesome.I would have given it 5 stars, but at $45 for a wall plate, I did not expect it to have scuffs on it when it arrived. Otherwise, 5/5.

The Nest wall plate is a bit less than a finished product, looks like it could use a bit more sanding to make it pretty. The holes shown to screw the plate to the wall were not the width of a receptacle box, but would be perfectly hidden behind the Nest if you didn't need to screw it to a receptacle box.I just threw-on some natural light oil to match my kitchen cabinets and it looks amazing :)

I have painted the unfinished wall trim plate to match the trim in the hallway. The round design looks great and adds to the style of the Nest. Much better than the rectangle plastic trim provided by Nest. The quality of the trim plate is exceptional and the hole patterns are exact match to the Nest thermostat. Worth the price to enhance the look of the Nest.

Very functional and classy WALL PLATE... my home has "colonial" trim around windows, baseboards, fireplace, etc.This looks so great and covers the hole that the old thermostat left behind. So many compliments from guests and visitors.

Installs easily and looks great. A little on the pricey side but I am very happy with the product.
