quiet, move a lot of air.
this was absolutely the ticket for fixing some suspect quality fans on a radiator/shroud/fan kit I also ordered here to put on my 83 CJ-8. ripped the two junk fans off, put these two on, and voila, it's like magic. This is the way it should be. Quieter, flow much more air, no vibration, and a smaller overall form factor (thinner profile) which buys me some more comfort given how close the water pump pulley was.

GREAT PERFORMING FAN !!
I'VE GONE WITH SPAL SINCE STARTING MY CAR BUILDING HOBBY AND HAVE NEVER BEEN DISAPPOINTED UNTIL NOW. WHEN I FIRST FIRED IT UP I THOUGHT THAT I'D LEFT SOMETHING CONTACTING THE BLADES. IT IS BY FAR AND AWAY,, THE LOUDEST/NOISIEST FAN THAT I'VE EVER HEARD. MUCH LIKE A JET ENGINE WARMING UP IN PREPARATION FOR TAKE OFF. IT SINGS A VERY LOUD "WHISTLE" OR HUMMING SOUND UNTIL I SHUT THE CAR DOWN. IT MAY BE THAT I GOT ONE THAT IS FAULTY BUT IT SURE IS DISTURBING WHEN PARADING OR PARKING AT A SHOW. I'LL SEE WHAT I CAN DO IN THESE REGARDS THAT MIGHT QUIET IT DOWN THOUGH.. STILL A GOOD PRODUCT IMHO.

Spal are probably the best fan source out there
It's my 4th fan by spal(old 4x4 that was refurbished). They are doing great job at cooling everything down.I switched the connector after it melted a year after the first fan installation.No other problem beside that

Saving money
This was 80$ shipped to my door and was ordered for my artic cat 500 and knew I would have to swap out the electric connector but saved me over 100$ and bolted in exactly

Dissatisfied
Fan was purchased an went to south caralina, and on the 2nd day the fan stopped working. Causing our side by side to overheat. So our trip was worthless and spent over 650.00 for nothing. Very very disappointed with this product...

These Spal fans are working great for me.
Working great for me. I installed three of these Spal fans on an aluminum plenum in my 1999 Jeep XJ. I relayed two together with a 185° thermal switch, and the third one with a 5 pole relay to the old AC fan circuit or a manual switch. It runs super cool and I couldn't be happier.
