Given the exorbitant rise in salon rates, I decided to take this leap and buy a roll on heater & roll on wax. This seemed like a trusted brand. The product works fine. Based on other reviews, I heated the product for a good 45minutes before using. The body does get heated a little bit from outside, as claimed by others, but it did not bother me, the heat was bearable and after sometime I did not even feel it. It basically does the job. Now the price justification will depend on how long the machine lasts. Given my once a month use, I expect it to last at least a few years but only time will tell.

I got this product few weeks ago and decided to use it today, first it was taking forever to heat the roll on wax so I used my microwave to heat the wax a little. When the wax had the right consistency, I decided to use it, however 2 minutes or so in the use, I noticed that the heater light was off. I checked all the sockets yet the heater won’t turn on (the on light remained off). Not a reliable product.

Takes more than 30min to warm the wax refill container and the outer plastic body heats up which gets uncomfortable to hold
