Ionithermie ampoules A + B worked somewhat for me not as well as it did on the Oosterdam, because I did not have the machine to work my abs. There in one week, I lost 7 inches. In one month I have lost 5 inches, which is good, but I would like to lose more. It is expensive, and I am not sure I am going to continue it. I may, as I have the other products that were used in the spa. I shall have to finish the last ampule and then measure again.
