Product was great. I knitting for charity so it was just what I needed.

This wool is soft and knits up beautifully. I have ordered it several times now as it is great value and superb quality. All my customers are very happy. 100gm double knit balls in white.

Nice wool, good to work with, comes out the way I had hoped, can't fault the product or the delivery or anything, the biggest fault is ME. I may have enough wool with the amount I ordered, but i haven't finished the garment yet, so if I run out....what then?So, here is a piece of excellent advice, be sure you buy enough wool for the garment you are knitting because if you have to order another ball - like I did, what then? - how on earth can I expect the poor guy who works in the Amazon megalithic "shed" to scramble around finding me another ball of the same wool with the same dye number etc etc etc. Besides, how does this poor little old lady ASK this otherwise excellent company to send someone to look on the shelf for another ball, this colour, this lot number and this dye number? Even if you dared, you're on a hiding to nothing, because If your question isn't on the FAQ list, you've had it.Have you ever tried asking Amazon a question?
