I bought these pricey pads because of all of the positive reviews hoping they would work for me as it appeared they did for others. I have should issues making side plank so painful that I completely avoided doing them. Well, the pads came in and I am side planking without pain. I am also using the pads for my knees to relieve low lunge pressure. These pads work well and I have no regrets with this purchase.

These gel items have solved my "how to perform yoga with arthritis in my thumbs" problem. There are other products out there - same thing more money. I'm glad I held out for these, I've found other uses for them and I dont have the pressure pain issues.

These arrived on time and have their own carrying case for my Yoga bag. I use them every day in my Yoga, Pilates, or weight classes to support my wrists or knees. I wish I would have found them years ago! My endurance and balance have increased.

I love these! They are so much better than wearing gloves which can be restricting. They're good for hands/wrists, knees, elbows...any place you need a little extra cushion. Gloves can't do that! They are an essential part of my practice. I highly recommend them.

Kneeling has become difficult for me due to a knee replacement. I wanted equal cushioning on both my knees when in yoga poses, such as table top, etc. These work just fine. My instructor also said they are helpful for wrists that may become fatigued.I would certainly recommend this product.

Great for beginners and those with tendonitis
I used these for PiYo because when I put my hands on the mat for a plank it was extremely painful. It helped to cushion. I actually don't need them anymore. But it helps while your body gets used to the weigh you are now putting on it.

Love these pads!
If you have wrist, elbow or knee joint problems that prevent doing many of the yoga poses, these are for you! They are an excellent product and provide much needed relief when placing pressure on joints. I am back to doing my usual yoga poses now, and happy I purchased these pads. Worth the cost.

I love my yoga pads. They work really well. I use them to support my wrists and sometimes knees in long poses. They are a different feel from Yoga Jellies, but work just as well and are much less expensive. This was a great buy!
